Since this establishment seems to go against the norm and be a non AMP, why do they currently have a Korean provider working there?
Many mongers pay 70-110 over what can be gotten at the various AMP's in the area so they get to be with a non Asian provider. How a Korean provider is making any money at a predominantly non Asian parlor makes zero sense to me.

Real estate skyrocketed early 2021-2022, and they aren’t dropping anytime soon. This was due to interest rates being very low during Biden’s administration WITH the Fed printing money like crazy. I bought a house in 17’ and it’s currently worth double, in just 3 years (measuring home market value when Biden entered office vs. Today).
There is no debate on whether or not Biden made it worse or better.
