How do you hide this hobby from your wife?

you gotta see providers who dont wear heavy perfume
alot of mongers on this site avoid perfumed ladies.
if you get a light odor on you....try to find the nearest laundromat. take off outer shirt and/or jacket.
throw them in the dryer for a good 8-10 minutes. should remove the smell.
or eat at subway after your visit,
take your time eating. by the time you leave, you'll be smelling like a footlong BMT

There are some Android apps out there that allow you to run apps in a separate space on your phone. Have burner phone app, kakao, wechat, browser, twitter, email, etc. on it. Hide the separating app from view so only an android expert can discover it. Silence notifications from apps in the space. Result is one phone, with a private, hidden "hobby" space. Leaves no risk of a burner phone being discovered.
Work requires a fair amount of entertaining, and meetings with clients. Wife has met some of the people I work with, including the international types that greet people with a hug and kisses on both cheeks, and wear heavy perfume. Gives me enough cover to be out late sometimes, and smelling like perfume.

First, don't act suspicious. Stick to your normal routines but find a couple of hours to play within those time slots from time to time (i.e. before heading home from work or "going to the gym").
Turn the text notification off of your home screen of your phone and give every girl a male name in your contacts or an alias similar to what @MidtownCowboy333 said.
I don't use a burner phone personally but I use google voice app with a different number. Sometimes being caught with a second phone can be just as incriminating. Try to create boundaries so that your wife or SO doesn't have access to your phone.
Don't change communication habits while at home...if you are not usually on your phone in front of your wife...don't start doing it non-stop.
Hide your google voice app, Twitter and "client email" within your phone so that it's not glaring someone in the face if they open your phone right away....similar to what @acheron72 stated.
Always take a shower after the session...don't use soap, so you don't smell too fresh after a long day of work.
