    I think a lot of the locals will head to states with lower cases of Covid and less restrictions. There may be opportunities for them in places like North Carolina...or Mississippi. Even Wyoming for f-ck sake. Then they will come back.

    Gents, I just relocated jobs from FiDi to SoHo. Had many good years at Pearl Rainbow, Greenwich, and my all time fave - Look Good Beauty. I’m now in the heart of Soho and can’t imagine there is something worthwhile up here. Can anyone throw me some options? Thanks.
