    Yeah that could be right, all I said was " It's my first time at your place, and I would like to make an appointment" .. maybe it's my voice tone :D I call customers 10 days everyday 5 days a week .. maybe it sounded formal a little bit .

    Seriously, how do you pass the first timer level ?? this is my first time ever at this place, been to other places in Jersey and PA but never in Manhattan .. they don't even pick the phone !!

    Hey, I'm trying to get PH to answer the phone but for some reason they don't, and they only time I had a girl answering the phone she hang up on me in no time ... what am I doing wrong ? it's my first time going there and can't even get them to make me an appointment .. any advice ?
