I generally do not chime in however upon reading the above OP, (with the exception of Vic H, for whom I am willing to endure the cancellations, lack of scheduling
coordination and wait time), this place has a lot of interior difficulties. If you schedule the same day, you cannot get who you want. If you schedule a day in advance, the new phone person does not know you have an appointment, meaning you will not get the scheduled provider. If you schedule during the week for a weekend, fuggetaboutit. total pandemonium. They have a lot of talent, but management does not coach. train, or maintain it. They need to concentrate on customer experience. If it keeps up, the incoming business will wane.
