Ok after hearing these remarks I am going to take a hard pass. Now if sophia was there and running the show it would be worth the risk. But without her doesn't seem worth it.

Not sure why you guys are so negative on the place and location. It’s in an industrial area where there isn’t a lot of traffic and the building is pretty innocuous and is a stand-alone. So no snooping tenants. Assuming she doesn’t put up a big massage sign and has an Open Light Flashing, seems like you will be ok.

When I went there were 2 women in their 40s working. One thin and one thick. I didn’t meet the owner, so not sure what’s she’s like but I think it’s worth a shot.

I want to see all spas thrive, but this one is just in a bad spot. I'm not so sure that I would call it an industrial "area". The street it is on backs up to S. Washington Avenue, which is the main shopping district in Bergenfield. Secondly, the place is two blocks north of the middle school. Moreover, it is not necessarily the street it is on, but the town in general. These small to moderate sized suburban towns in Bergen County are just not great locations for a "spa" with what is offered. Again, I hope that I'm wrong and that the place does great. For me, I'm staying away (of course, I say that now. If I ever hear that Sophia is back....all bets are off!!!).

Correct, it's not the street that's the issue, it's the area, unfortunately. Over the years several have popped up in the neighboring towns as well, and they never seem to last more than a year.
