I have run into that most often when I do something I consider "a small normal courtesy" but is something they don't expect. My business is more with escorts tha AMPs so I do things like send a short thank you note e-mail after the session. Or try to remember something she said she liked the session before. Nothing big. But a number of times they have mentioned it is nice, and they wish other guys would be thoughtful that way.
I rarely have had a woman comment on what they have done sexually, but at times they will comment that a guy (unnamed) was too rough, or didn't want to respect her boundaries. With indies it is often difficult for them to talk to someone and just vent a little.
