So thx to JWeiss' review, I decided to take the plungs and check this out for myself today. I've been on their email list for a while …. I used to attend similar events in Manhattan years ago ….. and when I got their email today it said that there were two sessions .. a day session from 10 AM until 3 PM, and an evening event from 5 PM until 11 PM. Well the daytime event was perfect for me .. and it was only a Benji for single men. So off to the subway I went (a challenge today in 90+ heat), took the F train to Delancy / Essex, and the event was a short 5 min walk away on the LES.

Well first let me tell you that the area seems to be very diverse ..White, Black, Asian, Hispanic mix ….. not sure why anyone would be reluctant to go there. Got to the stated address, texted "Jay" when I got there and he came out across the street and waved me over. Had the pay the fee before he would let me upstairs. The apartment was as described I won't go into further detail except to say the kitchen was being used as an office.
The bad news was that there were only three girls there when I got there and only two were working.
