Your going to have to uber or bus somewhere. Bus system in vegas is actually pretty good, but tons of cabs and ubers too.
I don't know about the 'be careful' about 7stars.
There hasn't been a real AMP bust in Vegas for decades. Yes, it is getting popular and they are more sex than massage, but there is no mention of sex, the only question is How long of an appointment you want, you say 'an hour' and they say $$$, everyone knows what's going to happen before you even get to a room.
It's not like others where you pay for a massage and start with a massage and then the girls have to ask 'what else do you want' and then negotiate. That's probably closer to the edge of a law then just saying a price for an hour, then 'stuff' happens without a word about hj/bj/fs etc...
If you say $$$ for a massage!!!!??? then they probably know you've never been there before or are LE trying to trap them. Plus cameras everywhere showing the door and parking lot with monitors in the rooms. Metro doesn't do anything small or try to sneak up on anyone.
Yes, always be careful everywhere and be aware of your surroundings, everywhere in Vegas. 7stars is in a strip mall with a bar and the parking lot is huge, you'll be able to see if something was up from a distance. The neighborhood isn't bad, may not be great, but no worse than any others.
